Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, this apartment is both rustic and comfortable. At the ground floor entrance, there is an original internal stone staircase leading to the first floor. On this floor there is a living/dining room along with a kitchen that is equipped with the following: fridge/freezer, electric oven, gas stove, microwave, kitchenware, silverware. The furniture is all antique and of the typical Tuscan style.
The front entrance door leads to the old farmyard, where the farmers used to dry the cereals, grapes and olives. Now, it is surrounded by lemon trees and geraniums. There is garden furniture including an umbrella, table and chairs. The shared amenities of the estate are only a few meters away. The apartment also contains satellite TV, free WiFi and an independent central heating unit.
