The wide French door opens onto the old farmyard, where the cereals, grapes and olives were once dried. Beside the house there is a small garden furnished with an umbrella, table and chairs. The shared amenities of the estate are just steps away from the garden.
The apartment consists of a living/dining room with a satellite TV and a well-equipped kitchen corner with a marble countertops, fridge/freezer, electric oven, 4-burner gas stove, microwave, kitchenware, silverware. Additionally, there is a large king bedroom, a twin bedded room and a large bathroom with a shower that is specially conceived for disabled people.
